Christmas break! Here are some tanks I worked on recently for fun.

I re worked some of my older sketches. This was actually pretty fun. I'll probably do this to some of my other old work sometime. For now I'm gonna get back onto some more new stuff.

Started these with a sketch up block in and went from there. I'm probably gonna be doing more stuff like this in my spare time.

These are some concepts I worked on for Transformers 2.

Tanks

Here are some tank sketches. I'm going to do another round of these cause I'd like to try and come up with some options that are more organic. There are a few in here that I like though.

Modo

Here's my intro to Modo. My friend Chris Emond has been showing me how to use the program a little bit here and there. I like it so far. Getting a little bit more comfortable each time I use it.

Team colors

Here are some color options for a robot from that same project. I was drawn more towards the first group having team colors as accents on black and white robots. Having robot characters bring up some good options for color customization too.

Adidas Walkaday

Here is some more Adidas stuff. This is the Walkaday, a Nordic walking shoe I got to work on while i was there. It made it to production for I think at least two seasons. I'm glad I was able to get something out while I was there. I just designed the upper on a pre existing out sole. I have some more work but maybe I'll post it later on cause I put up a lot just now. The last image is all the line art I did for the color department while I was there. I thought it looked kinda cool all overlayed like that.

More Adidas

Here are some other side projects I did while at Adidas. I did these between projects to keep busy and get feedback from people while I was there. There are some more concepts I did from each group too.

Adidas CC project

Here is some more stuff from when i was interning Adidas. I was on the running team during my second internship and this is a personal project I did while i was there. I ran cross country in high school so I wanted to design some shoes with a team in mind. Each runner might desire something specific but the team might want to also have a unified look. I did some shoe concepts for racing and some for training. Each one had catered toward a unique need. You could customize your materials and details according to your price range and also customize your shoe to match team colors if desired. Here are a few of the ones I got some uppers made for. I was able to find some existing out soles from other shoes to put the uppers on. At some point maybe I'll get around to taking some pics. It was a fun project and I learned a lot.
